Fourth of July Weekend, July 1–3, 2016, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA will host the 2016 Essence Festival. Free and open to the public celebrity influencers Tyra Banks, Terry McMillan, Phaedra Parks, Misty Copeland, Iyanla Vanzant will take to the Essence Empowerment Experience Stage to chat on Creating Your Dream Business, Leading with Purpose, Protecting Our Daughters & Sons, and Building Your Own Brand to ESSENCE’s community of 14 million women.
On Sunday, July 3rd, an All-Star Gospel Tribute to the Clark Sisters sponsored by Walmart will yield performances by the iconic songstress Yolanda Adams, Kierra Sheard, Tasha Paige Lockhart, Patina Miller and Travis Greene.
