Taye Diggs At The 32nd Annual KidFilm Festival In Dallas, Jan. 23rd-24th!

On January 23rd-24th the Angelika Film Center- Dallas will host the 32nd Annual KidFilm Festival. Its the oldest and largest attended children’s film festival in the United States. KidFilm features a distinct selection of new and classic educational and entertaining films enjoyable for the whole family.
All programs are presented FREE to the public by the USA Film Festival/Dallas. This year KidFilm Festival will honor special guests author- Taye Diggs & illustrator Shane Evans with music and rhyming alongside Lisa Loeb to promote diversity, fairy tales and environmental activism.
Honorary Co-Chairs for KidFilm are USA Film Festival Board of Directors members Belinda Dabliz, Laura Williamson, Kristin Schor and Yvette Ostolaza. “We are so pleased to be able to offer this year’s program as a free admission event thanks to support from the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs and from the Festival’s Sponsors,” said Schor.
I can honestly tell you guys I’m very excited to hear the sensual voice of *daydreams* ok….the voice of Taye Diggs reading his new book, Mixed Me! to children in the audience and to also see the film Kung Fu Panda 3 in 3D (my kids and I just love Po!) along with a list of other family friendly flicks we'll be introduced too!
Tickets for all shows are FREE but they are limited. KidFilm Festival tickets are available one hour before each show at the Angelika Film Center- Dallas so get there early!
