Matilda The Musical is now showing at the Winspear Opera House until October 4th and attendees of all ages came out this past Thursday to experience what all the rave is about during its second running night.
Dallas Weekly Lifestyle writer, Melyssah Colerangle, praised the performance calling the overall production a “Spectacle!”. The cast’s British accent will take you to a world awaiting your imagination with bubbly tunes and eye-catching costumes leading you along the way.
Every character brought directors Roald Dahl’s consistently explosive script to life. The villainous Miss Trenchbolt will have you in a fit of giggles over her silly escapades and Mia Sinclair who portrays Matilda’s relentless optimism may leave you with more than a spark of inspiration!
Fans can savor the occasion with assorted Matilda souvenirs that are available along with a backdrop and photo opportunity in the centers grand lobby.
