Planet Blue Takes Us Out Of Space With A Chic Summer Soiree'!

Neatly nestled in the cusp of 3010 North Henderson Avenue lies Planet Blue and Thursday was an all out Summer Soirée. Ladies were wrangled in the 3,200 square feet Dallas location full of flirty jesery knits by the sounds of live band Robert Cody Maxwell and The Gentlemen Vain.
All attendees could be styled at the in-store Braid Bar featuring hair products by DEAR CLARK and 5 Star restaurant Mesero, served up savory handcrafted Mexican bites with beverages. Low calorie, naturally distilled Vodka Company, Austin Cocktails offered light libations for calorie counters!
Outside was Kyle Coburn and the Photo Bus DFW, a classic van turned mobile photo booth equipped with props gave guest a break from the festivities inside. (Great addition to the event!)
Planet Blue landed in Dallas making its13th location. Ling-Su Chin, owner and Ohau native has infused a balance between western and bohemian style inspired clothing. Most designs carried are of exclusive label Blue Life, specially made from 100% organic cotton. Sarah Fun (pictured below), a local artist and loyal customer of the Dallas location, popped in to mingle and browse for her latest wardrobe addition. She is wearing a jersey knit romper by Blue Life and green engraved necklace from the Natalie B. collection.
Attendees also included personal shopper/stylist Jackie Williams, Austere Magazine and hair beautician Nicky Ray. Floor associate Sydney Flack gave me juicy insiders- Hailey Tops and rompers are proving to be this seasons best sellers. The retailer is also set to locate to Atlanta’s shopping mecca, Buckhead, mid September. Another welcomed addition is Los Angeles’ Kimberly Gordon, who made a personal appearance and shared that she is bringing her fashion expertise and clothing line, Wildfox to Planet Blue- Dallas!
