The New Boom 94.5 "Classic Hip Hop Meets Zydeco & The Blues Festival” Brings Out Many!!

Brought to you from the great folks at Radio One 94.5 fm the Boom Music Festival is a family friendly musical showcase mixing various types of music together like zydeco, blues & classic hip hop. Packing out the historical Fair Park complex Boom 94.5 fans were able to bond with the stations new personalities at its first music festival. With the temperature set perfectly in the mid 80's, Billboard chart topping Hip Hop legends such as Juvenile, Bun B, Scarface, Mystikal and Sir Charles Jones took to the stage to perform their greatest hits to a crowd of over 1000 fans. With hits like "Back That Thang Up" “Danger” “Trill” and “Smile” performed, guests were in a trance dancing to the beats of their favorite tunes.

The Boom Festival is definitely one of the few events in Dallas that combine classic Hip Hop, family and Cajun food which together complete a fun filled day. I look forward to next year's event and you should too! So make sure to tune into 94.5 fm for the next event!
