Florida native, award winning singer/songwriter Sevyn Streeter has the hot new dance track "Dont Kill the Fun" that is now circulating the airwaves and invading our (my) head. She stopped by "The Vanna Collins Show" (in a super sexy backless LBD and some bad azz Giuseppe Zanotti booties) to speak about her new album hitting stores this summer titled "On the Verge". Streeter walked in Luminous Studios and gave us the inside scoop, some tea and let us listen to a few tracks off the highly anticipated album. Something like a mini concert because she just couldn’t help but to perform! She started the session with “Don’t Kill The Fun” ftg Chris Brown which she mentions she wanted it to be positive. I think she definitely accomplished that! I can’t keep the tune out my mind! Next she played “Should Have Been There” a song about previous relationship where she felt her companion just wanted to “dim” her light. Next was “Fallen” ftg Ty Dolla Sign- (the title says it all) and lastly a smooth upbeat number called 4th Street, it’s a feel good, remember where I came from type of track as she reminisces about the days in her old neighborhood.

Ohhhh- but wait a minute! Her manager Britney (hey guh!) gave the green light to hear a bonus track “Fighter” and baby that is when the tea was poured! The songstress revealed to us that this song was about an ex producer boyfriend whom she felt would fight for everything he wanted expect for her. (who is he?) Well, the songstress didn’t pour that much!
