The CJ Miles All Star Foundation presented such a fun fashion and musical event called Picnic in the Arts at the mod venue that is known as Lofty Spaces. The affair included a silent auction, raffle, and the vendors like Sheer Luxe Beauty added a rich and airy atmosphere to the site. Special guest to attend Picnic in the Arts were CJ Miles of the Cleveland Cavaliers who took to the mic after the show with his rapping skills (a little impromptu moment with his crew) and Pat Daniels from Davybe Radio (Virgin Islands) who’s always looking for new musical talent.
What I like most about this event was the exposure of local musical and fashion talent. The highlight of the night for me was a performance by a local high school student named Malik Heard. He shut the house down by covering John Legend’s “All of Me” and Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors”!! Total Wine kept the audience refreshed with Double Dog Dare Moscato and it was sweet and tasty just like I like. Proceeds from Picnic in the Arts go to getting school supplies for underprivileged children. Round of applause for the event planner and law student Andrea Miles!! You and your team did a fantastic job with Picnic in the Arts!
