Legendary Band Mint Condition does Dallas!!

OMGEEEEEEEE! I got the chance to not only meet, but to interview and listen to the sound check of Soul Music Hall of Fame band MINT CONDITION!!! You guys don’t understand! I grew up listening to this band (thanks to my older sis, Melissa)! From the very first song that I heard Breakin’ My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes) at the tender age of 7, I have literally followed the group (and their multiple chart topping hits) into my adulthood. You can imagine how eager, nervous and thrilled I felt when I was given the opportunity to interview the legendary band who has over 25 years of success in the business. On May 18th the band performed to a sold out crowd of crazed fans at the House of Blue’s- Dallas. It was literally wall to wall in that place. Members of the famed band include Stokley Williams (lead vocals, drums, percussion), Ricky Kinchen (bass guitar), Homer O'Dell (guitar- who celebrated a birthday that night), Larry Waddell (keyboards, piano) and Jeffrey Allen (saxophone, keyboards). Once the lights dimmed you could her the crowd cheering because they knew just what was in store, a bona find performance! Lead singer Stokley is known for his belting voice of range that is off the charts! Coined as one of Prince’s favorite artists, the group’s R&B, funk, hip hop and jazz elements are organic.
