Makeup Tips & Trends at Beauty Live::: Galleria Dallas!

The Galleria Dallas hosts a heavenly beauty event “Beauty Live” each year to get us primped and prepped for the spring/summer season. At Beauty Live you learn from leading beauty experts as they share trends, tips and tricks from the industry’s top names such as Laura Mercier, Toni&Guy, Macy’s, Belk, Lancome, Michael Kors, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Dolce & Gabbana, Kat Burki, TaTa Harper Skincare, Sephora, Marc Jacobs, Nordstrom, Lush and more. Presentations are held on stage by experts like Tai Beauchamp, InStyle Style Ambassador who shared beauty secrets (and also rocked a blue eye liner and lashes). Courtney Kerr of KTXD’s The Broadcast and star of Bravo! TV’s Courtney Loves Dallas, who gave us a personal look at her favorite beauty items and shared each with winners in the audience and lastly Executive Chef David Smith of Westin Galleria Dallas and The Second Floor Bistro-Bar mixologist Seth Brammer who brought us back to keeping yourself radiant by working from the inside out. Tasting his very own concoction mixed with beets, kale, carrots, mineral water and a few other things as well as sharing his personal recipe for SuperFoods Granola. Keeping us excited along the way and moderators of the Q&A session were non-other than Holly Quataro, fashion expert of Galleria Dallas and Steve Kemble, America’s Sassiest Lifestyle Guru and radio personality on 103.7 KVIL.

This is my third year attending and each year I look forward to learning the new trends in beauty and what new products my favorite brands have. This year Beauty Live took it to another level by incorporating a workout session (nice idea). You can’t help but wonder what is going on as you’re walking though the mall and see a group of women in a yoga pose. Fun right?? On stage Lush brings their products to life by showing us how they mix their all natural ingredients to bring us the products we love like their bath bombs! Fellow blogger Alex of Small4Style and I had a quick chat on our favorite products and new products we can't wait to try.

Sponsored by Cadillac the event was dazzling with meet and greets, giveaways, live audience demonstrations and just a grand ole beautiful time! Each panel awards you a beauty filled gift bag with your reservation, not only that but you can also win prizes by just entering your name in the raffle box! I get so excited yet overwhelmed by alllllll of the products inside the gift bags that I will be trying soon! Around the premiere shopping center during this event you notice “beauty stops” this is where you get a one on one for specifics on the products showcased onstage. This year the participating stops included The Art of Shaving, Bath & Body Works, Belk, L’Occitane, Lululemon Athletica, Lush, Macy’, Nordstrom, Sephora, Teavana Tea Bar and Toni&Guy.
