The REVEAL: Little Black Dress Exhibition by Nic Moore

If you don’t know fashion mavens Nicholas Moore and Cortney Armstrong then you are missing out on some real fashion fun! I’m sure you’ve seen Nic painting the town in his Kimono and Courtney with his very distinctive looks (I remember running into Courtney one night with black lip color but that’s for another post). It just goes to show that these two have fashion down to a T and dare to be different. We have grown together through the years and of course I was super elated when asked to attend “The REVEAL: Little Black Dress Exhibition” a showcase of seven contemporary dresses designed to be fashionable, bold, classic and feminine by self-taught designer, Nicholas J. Moore. I was even more thrilled to wear an archive piece from the designer himself!

The invite only soiree was held in the heart of the Design District at Circuit 12 Contemporary where he not only revealed his collection titled Nic Moore but he’s also the first to take up a residency at the innovative gallery. Those in attendance in support of the new Nic Moore launch include Brandy Michele Adams of WAAS Gallery, Antonio Win field, Designer of The Fashion Opera; Carinthia Kishiaba, Fine Jewelry Designer; Dan Pricett, Board of The Fashionistas and Hiliari Styles, Interior Designer/contestant on HGTV Design Star. I overheard many guests stating the pieces shown were fabulous and a great way to mix up the LBD (little black dress)
