"The World's Largest Dinosaurs" from Paris to Dallas!!

My pals over at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science invited me to a special preview of “The World’s Largest Dinosaurs” exhibit. Recently shown in Paris at the Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle it takes visitors on an incredible journey of what life was really like for these giants, who lived for approximately 140 million years and grew up to 150 feet long.

What was really interesting about the super-sized display of Sauropods to me was that it really goes in depth for you to understand more about this creature, their diet and the biology of their bodies through the different models that are set up throughout the Jan and Trevor Rees-Jones Exhibition Hall.

The interactive exhibition includes a life-sized, fleshed-out model of a 60-foot-long, 11-foot-tall female Mamenchisaurus, known for its remarkable 30-foot neck. An interactive excavation will show visitors how dinosaurs are discovered in the field through a replicated dig site and so much more!

I had the opportunity of speaking with both Dr. Tony Fiorillo and Dr. Ron Tykoski (the Perot Museum paleontologists who recently discovered the new genus and species Nanuqsaurus hoglundi)
