ShopMieux is 1 Year Old!!

I got an email invite to attend the 1 year anniversary for ShopMieux over the past weekend and of course I LOVE finding new shopping destinations in Dallas so I knew I would be in the building. I sometimes get anxious to see what the store is about, the service I will receive or the type of people that will be attending and Saturday was one of those days.

Once I stepped through the door I was greeted with a smile instantly by one of the lovely ladies of the ShopMieux staff. To the right of the room I noticed the photo booth and everyone knows I’m all about funny and funky photos so rightfully I headed to get a few in with super stylist Jeannette Chivvis and marketing pro Jennifer Onwumere. The bar team was set up with smiling ladies from With a Twist Bartending Service that moved very quickly and efficiently and also gave my cup a nice little flower to accent the theme of the night complemented with Fluellen Cupcakes. After a little picture snapping and mouth yapping I walked the store and noticed it is filled with an array of style. From vintage to trendy to timeless, ShopMieux definitely has something for any kind of style. I stopped and had a moment with a cute pair of white Chloe pumps before I found a calf hair and leather belt that fit (it’s sometimes hard to find a belt for us skinny girls that doesn’t wrap around 30 times) for 8 bucks! Can you believe it? I left the event with much delight and the thought that I would be returning soon.
